wetmoon: Hello! This is so random but I do have a question. So I've been working out lately (or TRYING to) and I'm not looking for anything crazy. I'm not in bad shape I just want to lose extra fat, get even a little abs, just better myself before summer. What do YOU do for your abs etc? Every Internet search is COMPLETELY different so I decided I'll just break down and ask someone. I searched "my abs" on here and wow you got it down haha SO any chance you have advice? =) what to eat? What exercises? Etc

Hi!, I have exercised since high school now I have 22, well, I have not a diet, I just do a lot of abdominal exercise chest and arms an hour a day for all (normal abdominal exercise) no trick, and if any do not know, only eat protein coming from normal foods,
